After a year of dealing with the struggle of a pandemic and with many of us still working from home, it is more important than ever to look after our wellbeing. At Many Minds, we wanted to share the practices we use as a team and in our workshops, to encourage us all to look after ourselves and our teams at work.
For the first time this year, Many Minds created a Wellbeing Package for the workplace to mark Mental Health Awareness Week (10-15th May 2021)
We had over 70 sign-ups from teams and individuals, who then received a daily email with activities to complete with their work team. It was great to see so many people taking part and using Mental Health Awareness week as a chance to reflect on their working practices.
